Alex Díaz Bellido (hereinafter, «the Developer») is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of the mobile application The Impostor (hereinafter, «the Application»). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and how we protect your rights.

The Application is designed to be enjoyed locally and socially.
- Personal Data: We do not automatically collect names, email addresses, images, or contact data.
- Gameplay Data: Player names or match settings are stored locally on the device and are not transmitted to our servers.
- Device Identifiers: The Application uses anonymous identifiers for technical performance, purchase management, and advertising.
2. Third-Party Services
To provide its full functionality, the Application uses the following services, which may collect information used to identify you anonymously:
- Google Play Services: Required for app stability and connection to the Google Play Store.
- Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob uses the Android Advertising ID to personalize ads based on your interests and measure performance. You can limit this tracking in your mobile settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
- RevenueCat: Manages Premium version purchases and subscriptions. It receives an anonymous identifier to validate whether your account has access to extra features, without having access to your financial data.
- Google Play Billing: All financial transactions are conducted through the secure Google Play gateway. The Developer never has access to your payment data (such as credit cards or bank accounts).
3. Requested Permissions
The Application requests access to the following technical permissions:
- INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To validate purchases in real-time and load advertisements.
- VIBRATE: To provide haptic feedback during the game (role notifications or elimination).
- BILLING: To allow the acquisition of the Premium mode.
4. Data Security
We value your trust. Since we do not collect sensitive personal data (such as passwords or chats), the risk of data leakage is minimal. However, please remember that no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
We comply with Google Play’s Families Policy. While the game is suitable for all audiences, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Advertisements shown are filtered to be appropriate for the target audience selected in our content rating.
6. Your Rights (GDPR and CCPA)
As a user, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of any anonymous data we may have (such as the Advertising ID). You can reset your Advertising ID at any time through your Android system settings.
7. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in laws or game features. Any changes will be posted at this same URL.

Welcome to The Impostor. By downloading or using the application, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Use of the Application
The Impostor is a tool for personal entertainment. The user is solely responsible for how the application is used during social gatherings. The Developer shall not be held liable for any disputes, arguments, or misunderstandings arising from the game’s mechanics or player interactions.
2. In-App Purchases (Premium Version)
The application offers a «Premium Version» through a one-time payment managed by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat.
- Payments: By making a purchase, you agree to the Google Play Store Terms of Service.
- Refunds: All refund requests must be managed directly through Google Play, following their official refund policy.
- Access: Purchasing the Premium Version unlocks additional content (categories) and removes third-party advertisements.
3. Intellectual Property
The source code, logos, category texts, and interface design are the exclusive property of Alejandro Diaz Bellido. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
4. Advertising
The free version of the application includes ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of such advertisements.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided «as is.» The Developer does not guarantee that the application will always function without errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
